Robert Allen Cunningham, age 47, of Taylor, Texas, passed away Saturday morning, March 23, 2013 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital in Sulphur Springs, Texas.

He was born in Manhattan, Kansas, the son of Dr. Bryce Allen and Marilyn Frances Cunningham. He was a mechanic, aviation pilot, and a musician and he was of the Lutheran faith.

Survivors include: his father Dr. Bryce Allen Cunningham and wife, Phyllis, of Coralville, Iowa; sister, Catherine Cunningham of Albuquerque, New Mexico; two brothers, John Cunningham, and wife, Renee, of Los Angeles and James Cunningham and wife, Lisa, of Lavonia, Michigan; aunt, Elaine Eagle, of Minneapolis, MN, niece, Elayna Cunningham; stepsister, Chere Miller of Rochester, Minnesota and stepbrother, David Knight of Boone, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his mother. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
