Dr. S.B. Williams, b. @ 1824, d. Nov., 1897

Was Known Here

News comes of the death of Dr. S.B. WILLIAMS, who died in Taylor, Texas, about the first of this month. He was at one time a citizen of this county and was in business before the war at Ashbysburg with Mr. Harry WEIR. After the war he was for a time at Nebo, where he is still remembered by a great many people of that section. He was known on account of his high moral character and was a devoted member of the Methodist Church. He left Kentucky about twenty or more years since and had lived in Texas since that time. He was 73 years of age and died as he lived, a Christian.
