This cemetery has a plaque that states that there are many unmarked graves and names unknown. In 1963, a restoration was begun by the local historical society and locals from Georgetown. Apparently this cemetery was used from 1840-1902. There are several white, small crosses placed among the cemetery with no names, no dates. Some locals call this cemetery both “Old Georgetown” and “San Gabriel”.
